Believe it or not, this guy's REAL NAME was Robin Hood.

Robin Hood was the founder and driving force behind The Hood Works, the 513 (USA) AC's all-purpose importing, cracking, and NTSC fixing group. Robin died in late 1991-early 1992 (suicide).
