2.37 - 2022.09.28-2023.09.03
- changed the -l and -u parameter to accept a different filler value, f.ex.
  unp64 -l0xea -u$60 bla.prg
  Idea suggested by GI-Joe

Scanners added:
- PWR Coder, formats disk if sysline is tampered with. Added hack to allow any
  sysline by forcing the check with itself so it's always "good".

Scanners revised:
- Dali 0.3.2: minor difference in code but enough to detect the new version.
- TSCrunch v1.3.1 (3 new variants from 2023.01.02 github build)
- Exomizer 3.02+: Relaxed the workaround for G*P custom pre-decompression stub
  to allow unpacking more variants.
- U-Packer II/Entropy (was 3code Zipper v2.0): proper name found;
  fixed off-by-one end address, it saved 1 byte too much.
- FCG Checksum Protector: Renamed from FCG Protector, proper name found.
