The image depicts the penis of the artist when it is fully errect and in its firmest condition. It shows the symptoms of an erectile dysfunction induced by worscht-eating, worscht-throwing and alcohol abuse.
The title "Harte Fakten" is a melancholic glimpse into past times, when a full hard-on could still be achieved by the artist. A reminder that all penises are subject to slackness - some more and others less.
