As i know - Kerberos do not allow to SAVE on "cartridge disk". The "silent" notes appears due to HARDRESET SID feature. Try HARDRESET=0 (within setup). When you press second (LEGATO=ON) note into frames with HARDRESET works it's silent behaviour. I'll be think to better way to resolve it.

Yup, sending notes at 180BPM or more makes the system "eat up" many notes. Doesn't seem to take the heat :(

Hmm it seems to be working fine with a MIDI controller, so I would put this one onto "shitty DAW alert".
I noticed however if you press two keys when in Unison mode, it goes silent or buggy. This happens often when you are pressing from one key to the other and you accidentally press both. Hopefully it can be sorted.

Still getting the problem when trying to save files.

By the way, trying to send MIDI on CC1 to control the filter cutoff, and it's skippy, it doesn't do a smooth curve. Is this normal? Is it my DAW? Am I doing something wrong? A friend is reporting the same problem.

I am trying Station 64 with a KErberos and the software gets stuck whenever Y try to load or save a patch. No key brings the synth back, it gets stuck on the load screen and shows nothing. Is this incompatibility with the "cartridge disks " system of Kerberos, or is it because I have no disk drives connected?

3 sid not supported. May be further i'll be do something like this. My synth engine is very complex with various mode play + ELFO + arpreggiator.I prefer use several C64 connected to one DAW to control several SIDs :)

You can make your own. Hermit doesnt sell them i think.

I have one more request :>
Dual and triple SID support? Possible? Imagine a 9osc monosynth, or triphonic 3 osc megasynth :D

I ask Hermit about interface. Hope to buy one as soon as it will be available. They appears from time to time on germany ebay. I bought 3 pcs of Passport interface on ebay in the last year. Or buy the KerberosMIDI (it's a little expensive but has flash memory)

Thanks man! That's great because HerMIDI is easy to make and cheap to build, and also lets you use a 1541U device unlike Kerberos. Of course, if I could find a decently priced user port MIDI interface, I'd get one :P

Hermit have some source code for how to use it. I remember trying it out and it was fairly easy to get it going. Uses the serial port rather than cartridge port.

@DJ Indikator: Say, where are you from? And how come you are on a hp with Soviet Union tld? :-D
Regarding the prog, I have no clue about music stuff, but the outfit looks very neat and professional already. And if it does what it is supposed to, then it should be really useful for musicians.
