V1.2 changelog:

- New fastloader, directly compatible with IDE64 and "fast drive emulation", uses 2-bit transfer on serial devices
- Game balance adjustments, difficulty level system backported from the GBA version
- Improved level graphics backported from the GBA version
- Mutant enemy replaced with the classic variant from MW1-3
- Unfortunately, due to extremely limited memory, REU/SuperRAM buffering removed
