That is no packed picture. The code draws the polygons of the picture one by one for real. And, yes, the polygons themselves are precomputed by a custom PC tool that is not part of the release and honestly has been the toughest part to make. :)
Both the code and the tool can still be further optimized, therefore I might come up with something better next time.

@PAL: it's a .d64 with all entries, it's the third file on the disk.

I've only looked at it very briefly, but I think it's actually really polygons drawn (with precalced coords, but no compressed picture) before the start, so kudos for that. :)

can I have some technicial details on this one? Is it really a procedrual graphic? I mean do you calculate 3d shapes and draw polygons? or are polygon coordinates calculated and do you just draw the polygons? or is it just a compressed graphic which looks like a procedural generated one? :)
