This might be a picture of a ninja from the future, but there is not much else which is stealthy about this rather poor conversion. The fact that people in here can't spot that is just sad.

no workstages, no timelapse = convert
look at the "perfect" bayer matrix dithering and rough edges.
hand pixelated in certain parts.
but it's not made from scratch.
