It's indeed a quote from the Archaelogist sketch, though the model was John Cleese in another role https://static.cinemagia.ro/img/db/actor/00/18/74/john-cleese-5.. (might be Minister of Silly Walks, can't remember)
Must admit it was another one done in a rush to fill compo.
