In the trainer menu it says "CRACKED + PACKED + TRAINED", so I guess it's pretty sure not the Depredators version used, but either from real tape or the usual memory dump.

In scroller Snacky mention Depredators as supplier of original. Maybe this is a trained version of The Official Father Christmas Game.
