Looking good Leon, a bit of pixeling towards the goryness, is something new from you.. Feedback would be that her breast, on her right side could be lower on her chest, but I am no good in Anatomy.. I am missing the carcass, normally it would be a carcass with the organs inside, you pixeled just a pile of red stuff.. The picture looks realistic, but without carcass it is less realistic. I am not too fond about a filled coloured background, but that is your style.. ;)

Cameltoe! \o/ No, kiddin' - it's really terrifying and kind of unexpected theme. (However... after the last one...) I miss some details, especially in the bowel area, still I get it doesn't serve as a pathologist's manual ;) Is this and previous art all related to your game idea? It's going to be really dark then. Would play it definitely.
